Can I enquire if I live abroad?
Yes, you can start a conversation via WhatsApp or email from abroad. Ask Félix how to coordinate communication and which steps require your presence or professional representation.
How do I request an in-person or virtual viewing?
Send the property code and your preferred dates. Félix will confirm whether a viewing is possible and whether a virtual option is available. This website does not automatically confirm appointments.
What documents might I be asked for?
Depending on the transaction, identification and information supporting your application may be requested. Ask Félix for the specific list and review contractual documents with a qualified professional. Agree on a suitable channel before sharing sensitive documents.
How do currency conversions work?
The original USD or DOP price always remains visible. The selector adds an estimate in your chosen currency when valid rates are available, with the update date and provider. Rates are checked approximately every 24 hours. Conversion is not a contractual quote; without valid rates, only the original price is shown.
Does Félix handle sales and rentals?
The published inventory includes properties for sale and for rent. Use the transaction filter to explore each group and check current options directly with Félix.
